The former Hall of Fame football player and controversial figure, O.J. Simpson died some days ago and his cause of death has been revealed now. As said by his Malcolm LaVernge, Simpson died due to prostate cancer on April 10 at the age of 76 years. Simpson was diagnosed with prostate cancer in May 2023 and since then he was struggling due to his health issues. Despite of this he marked both athletic achievements and legal controversies in his tumultuous life.
“His entire body, his brain, everything, his fake hips, his fake knees, everything. That all goes into the crematorium.” Simpson’s brain was inquired about by scientists, leading to a “hard no”, as said by LaVergne. LaVergne also stated that, “With O.J. everything’s wild, but I’ve been getting calls from medical centers that are doing CTE testing asking me for O.J.’s brain . . . that is not happening”.
Simpson was suffering from many CTE symptoms such as difficulty in thinking, depression, impulsive behavior, short-term memory loss and emotional instability.
He died with a debt of $114 million and was ordered to pay Goldman’s family and his ex-wife named Nicole Brown Simpson. He was ordered to pay $33.5 million as he was found liable in a charged of death in 1997. Now the lawyer of the Goldman’s family is expecting interest along with the pay.
As said by attorney, David Cook, Simpson died without penance. He also revealed that lawyers before him was trying to obtain Simpson’s pension but were unsuccessful.
