After being chased by Berkely County deputies, one person has been arrested at Rivers Avenue near West Montague. The chase started by the officials by stopping traffic but it is not clear that where or why deputies attempted to stop the vehicle. The chase ended around 9:30 p.m.
The name of the person who was taken into custody has not been released yet by the official and the charges are also not declared. A small area of Rivers Avenue was blocked when multiple law enforcement vehicles from Berkeley County and the North Charleston Police Department responded to the scene. Officials has now cleared the roadway.
