A 4-year old child found locked in a duffle bag which is founded from Philadelphia’s Mantua neighborhood in March as Damari Carter as said by police Wednesday. Police accused Damari’s mother and her boyfriend for this murder. That’s why Damari’s mother, Dominique Bailey and her boyfriend named Kevin Spencer have faced multiple charges, including murder charges.
According to police, the body was found at a place in the 600 block of North 38th Street just before 10 a.m. on March 18, Monday. The police department have determined many signs of trauma in the body because the body was severely decomposed.
Damari Carter was reported missing since late December 2023 whose body was found on April 3 by police. He was reported missing by his family on December 30, 2023. Damari was reportedly struck and killed by a car but no evidence were found regarding the same. After questioning about son’s death, Damari’s mother was arrested on January 4.
Bailey and Spencer both were charged with murder charges including charges of conspiracy, endangering the welfare of child, abuse of corpse, false reporting, tampering and criminal use of a communication facility.
