A man from Algeria who has been missing for 26 years is found in his neighbor’s home which is just a few minutes away from his house in the city of Djelfa. The man named Omar B. of age 45 years now, vanished at the age of 19 during Algerian Civil War in 1998. His family assumed that he may be kidnapped or killed.
The alleged culprit of age 61 years doorman at the municipality in the nearby town of El Guedid attempted to flee away after which he was taken into custody. The reported victim said he was unable to call out for help because his captor was having cast on him. The investigation is still going on and the victim is now receiving medical and psychological care after the crime.
