As per the reports by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, body of a missing boater who jumped from a boat has been discovered on Monday at Waterfront park situated in Downtown. According to the reports, two boaters jumped from boat at the same time into the water and only one of them get resurfaced. The man whose body was discovered was 64-year-old.
Search and rescue operations has been started conducting in the area after the information of missing person received by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office and Clermont Police Department. They found the dead body around 6:45 p.m.
“The FWC would like to extend our condolences to his family during this difficult time,” the FWC announced. “This will continue to be an active investigation.”
