A TV reporter got disappeared 29 years ago who was Iowa news anchor Jodi Huisentruit and her disappearance become a mystery which remained unsolved till now. The reporter got vanished on June 27, 1995 in Mason City, Iowa and was 27 years old the time of disappearance.
When she did not reached officer for her morning assignment, her co-workers informed police and they found that her car was still in the parking lot and believed that someone attacked her when she headed towards her car for the early news shift.
“We know that things turned around after the 25th anniversary of Jacob’s disappearance and we’re hoping some momentum will come out of this,” former WCCO crime reporter Caroline Lowe said. In 2018, officer got a number of new tips in her disappearance. “Over the next couple of weeks we took probably a couple of dozen calls,” said Mason City Police Chief Jeff Brinkley. “This case is solvable. There’s the opportunity for prosecution. We need the information we don’t have, as those pieces come in they may fit into the puzzle,” Brinkley said.
